Process and Systems Solutions (Pty) Ltd (PSSolutions) was founded in 2003 as a boutique consultancy specializing in Business and Financial Consulting and Support Services. From its early beginnings, the company focused on helping organizations streamline operations and enhance strategic performance.

As the business grew, PSSolutions formed strategic alliances with leading technology partners, most notably TalenTek (Pty) Ltd. This collaboration marked a major milestone — establishing the first footprint of SuccessFactors in Sub‑Saharan Africa. Prior to SAP’s acquisition of SuccessFactors in 2011, TalenTek operated as a licensed SuccessFactors reseller and professional services provider across the EMEA region, driving innovation in human capital management.

Together, PSSolutions and TalenTek tackled one of the most persistent challenges in business: improving strategy execution. Their joint approach ensured that organizations were aligned with the right objectives and empowered by world‑class people performance.

Between 2012 and 2013, several key professionals from both companies joined Accenture, contributing their expertise to accelerate the transformation of organizations migrating their HR ERP systems to the cloud. This experience — spanning consulting, technology, and human resources transformation — remains deeply embedded in the leadership and culture of PSSolutions today.
