From its early beginnings, the company focused on helping organizations streamline operations and enhance strategic performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the business grew, PSSolutions formed strategic alliances with leading technology partners, most notably <strong>TalenTek (Pty) Ltd<\/strong>. This collaboration marked a major milestone \u2014 establishing the <strong>first footprint of SuccessFactors in Sub\u2011Saharan Africa<\/strong>. Prior to <strong>SAP\u2019s acquisition of SuccessFactors in 2011<\/strong>, TalenTek operated as a licensed <strong>SuccessFactors reseller and professional services provider<\/strong> across the <strong>EMEA region<\/strong>, driving innovation in human capital management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, PSSolutions and TalenTek tackled one of the most persistent challenges in business: <strong>improving strategy execution<\/strong>. Their joint approach ensured that organizations were aligned with the right objectives and empowered by world\u2011class people performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between <strong>2012 and 2013<\/strong>, several key professionals from both companies joined <strong>Accenture<\/strong>, contributing their expertise to accelerate the transformation of organizations migrating their <strong>HR ERP systems to the cloud<\/strong>.
